About AD Therapies

Grounded in compassion. Rooted in experience.

A safe, confidential space for healing — available to you wherever you are in the UK.

A calm, professional therapist in a warm natural setting

A different kind of therapeutic relationship

At AD Therapies, the work begins with relationship. Before any technique or model, what matters most is that you feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe. That foundation is what makes real change possible.

Working online means that consistent, quality therapeutic support is available to you wherever you are — without the barriers of geography, travel, or rigid scheduling.

My approach

Integrative therapy, shaped around you

We work integratively, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to meet each client where they are. Rather than applying a single fixed model, I tailor the work to your unique history, needs, and goals.

This might include person-centred principles, psychodynamic exploration, somatic awareness, or trauma-focused methods — woven together thoughtfully in response to what emerges in our sessions.

Trauma-informed practice underpins everything we do. This means working at a pace that feels safe, with careful attention to the nervous system and a deep respect for your autonomy throughout.

Person-centred

Your experience, values, and goals are always at the centre of the work.

Trauma-informed

Paced, safe, and attentive to the nervous system at every stage.

Integrative

Drawing on multiple approaches to find what works best for you.

Relational

The therapeutic relationship itself is a core part of the healing process.
